Mindfulness/Meditation

Probably one of the most amazing things you can do for yourself is to practice mindfulness. It's easy, essentially costless, and will benefit your life in every aspect. I will teach you mindfulness practices, such as meditation, and suggest valuable resources for learning and practicing meditation. I will share the brain science that supporting the tremendous benefits of mindfulness. I absolutely love to share this enlightening information with my clients!

Nutrition/Weight Loss

With all the conflicting information on nutrition, I wanted to learn all I could about what to feed myself and my family. I have undergone my own personal transformation with food and nourishment, and have learned not only a simple way to approach eating but some great cooking techniques as well. A certain four-letter word (diet) can be erased from your life forever if you approach food with some knowledge and mindfulness and, of course, with coaching around your personal eating behaviors.

Before working with Sherry I had never been coached, and I was a bit apprehensive and unsure about how it would go.  I ended up having such a great experience.  Overall, Sherry was able to help me learn to be more mindful and compassionate towards myself, two things that have come to serve me in all aspects of my life – my relationships, my professional aspirations, and just my day to day happiness.
