Nutrition/Weight Loss
With all the conflicting information on nutrition, I wanted to learn all I could about what to feed myself and my family. I have undergone my own personal transformation with food and nourishment, and have learned not only a simple way to approach eating but some great cooking techniques as well. A certain four-letter word (diet) can be erased from your life forever if you approach food with some knowledge and mindfulness and, of course, with coaching around your personal eating behaviors.
